/newsletters/{newsletterId}/proposals/{proposalId}

PROPOSED. Changes the status of a READY proposal to ACCEPTED or REJECTED. On ACCEPTED the backend applies the proposal to the newsletter in one transaction: NEWSLETTER replaces all items, ITEM replaces one item, NEW_ITEM inserts one item at order and moves the next items down. The backend links the source articles to the saved items and sets ai.generated. An analytics GRAPH in the proposal gets its /newslettergraphs record only on accept. If the curator deletes the target item of an open ITEM proposal, the backend rejects that proposal. Accepting a NEWSLETTER proposal sets generatedAt on the newsletter and restores a removed AI disclaimer with its default text (FR18).
