/newsrooms/subsources

Verifies if a specific subsource name can be used to create a newsroom.
If not available the response will be a 200, it means the name is either already taken or blacklisted (e.g. "Belga", "VRT", "De Morgen", ...). The source will then be returned
if available the response will be a 404 meaning the subsource does not yet exist
