CreatePaymentRequest

Request to start a payment for a resource. Note: no billing/invoicing details are sent here. The recommended approach (concept page, Option E) is that Stripe collects only the minimum its payment method needs, and Belga resolves the invoicing details from its own billing record and sends the invoice via Salesforce on the success webhook.
