GET analysis of news sentiment over time

Fetches news count sentiment per time increment, of selected news objects over
a specific time period.

Sentiment is defined by a state (positive/neutral/negative) and a
score (from -5 to +5).

The size of these time increments (from hour to year) is set in the
resolution parameter (but is ultimately decided by the back-end to
ensure acceptable response sizes - e.g. a requested resolution of "hour"
for a period of a year will respond with resolution of "week").

The analysed news objects must be identified either by board ID or
search query.
