    Proposal_Status

    PROPOSED. GENERATING, then READY or FAILED. A READY proposal becomes ACCEPTED or REJECTED through PATCH, or EXPIRED after expiresAt. With autoApply a proposal goes from GENERATING to ACCEPTED. The backend also rejects a READY proposal when a new proposal replaces it or when its target item is deleted.
